During this two-hour (approximate) session, you will be led by forest bathing guide, Tracey, certified through Treeming. You will be taken on a slow paced, gentle walk, through a woodland stopping at points along the way.
Forest bathing in a group helps to enhance our connection with others. You will be invited to explore your sensory awareness, expand your range of perception and engage with mindfulness activities designed to help you relax, slow down and boost your wellbeing. Every session varies and is adapted to the individual group but may include a sharing circle, forest exploration activities, sensory meditation, barefoot walking, lying mediation and breathwork.
With the right weather conditions, you may have the opportunity to listen to the actual sounds and rhythm made from a tree/moss using a specialist sound kit.
The event ends with brief sharing circle, where you can choose to share your unique experience if you wish.
